C++ Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance high-performance applications using modern C++ across the firm's trading technology stack.
• Build ultra-low-latency systems that capture, process, and respond to live market events with exceptional speed and stability.
• Optimize software through advanced concurrency techniques, multithreading, lock-free data structures, memory optimization, CPU efficiency, and network-level performance tuning.
• Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and trading professionals to transform complex mathematical models into robust production systems.
• Strengthen the firm's core infrastructure by improving scalability, reliability, monitoring, automation, and engineering standards.
• Influence long-term platform architecture while maintaining an unwavering commitment to clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience developing production software using modern C++.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrent programming, and performance-oriented system design.
• Experience building distributed applications that demand extremely high throughput and minimal latency.
• Familiarity with modern development environments, infrastructure tooling, and cloud platforms.
• Strong Linux development background with a solid understanding of Unix-based operating systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $390,000 – $540,000
• Total Compensation: $800,000 – $1,050,000+
