Superside is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we bring our platform, AI capabilities, and creative services to market.
You'll define our positioning, lead go-to-market strategy, and equip our commercial teams with the messaging and tools they need to win. Success looks like clear differentiation, impactful product launches, and a compelling story that drives adoption and growth.
What you’ll do
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, services, and major feature launches.
- Own positioning and messaging across Superspace, AI capabilities, and creative service offerings.
- Develop messaging frameworks that create consistency across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Build sales enablement assets including battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with Product to shape launch plans, roadmap communications, and customer-facing narratives.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to strengthen positioning and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop integrated campaigns rooted in strong product storytelling.
- Define and evolve Superside's category narrative at the intersection of AI and creative services.
- Measure the impact of product marketing initiatives through adoption, pipeline, revenue, and launch performance.
- Use AI tools to improve research, content creation, and go-to-market execution.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end go-to-market launches for products or services.
- Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, and category development.
- Experience creating sales enablement assets that improve commercial performance.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Analytical mindset with experience translating market, customer, and competitive insights into strategy.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products or using AI tools as part of your workflow.
- Experience in creative technology, design software, or marketing platforms is a plus.
