In this role, you will build integrations, applications, and data connectivity solutions that support and scale our manufacturing operations. - This is an in-person role (Edina, Minnesota).
- Build scalable APIs, workflows, and automation pipelines that support production, inventory, supply chain, and quality processes across the organization (e.g., Workato, SPS Commerce).
- Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, APIs, and web services.
- Drive automation and optimization efforts by streamlining processes, developing test suites, and ensuring strong data security practices.
- Secure, validate, and prepare data for use in data Lakehouse’s as we transition to platforms such as Microsoft Fabric; opportunities for certification will be supported.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, provide training and support, and document system and process changes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to own projects end-to-end.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Jira for project management and issue tracking.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Jabberwocky is a plus.
- Must have 3+ years designing, developing, and maintaining middleware integrations connecting ERP, MES, CRM, and other manufacturing systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Must have 3+ years troubleshooting integration issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality integration solutions.
- Bonus: 3+ years of experience with React/Next.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), ideally developing production applications.
- Bonus: Consulting experience, demonstrating the ability to work across diverse technologies and rapidly understand new systems.
