Now, we’re looking for an Applications and Integration Developer to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting the ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of enterprise applications and integrations, with a strong focus on Workato.
About the Role
As part of our technology transformation journey, the successful candidate will help drive our strategic migration from MuleSoft to Workato while supporting a growing portfolio of enterprise applications and integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise integrations and automation solutions using Workato.
- Participate in the migration of integration services from MuleSoft to Workato.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support Workato integration requirements.
- Ensure integrations are reliable, scalable and well documented specifically within Workato platform.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new application systems.
- Deliver enhancements and improvements to enterprise applications and Workato workflows.
- Assist with workflow automation, artificial intelligence and process optimisation initiatives.
- Ensure application and integration security best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with testing, deployment and release activities for Workato integrations.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workato integrations (essential).
- Experience developing and maintaining Workato-based integrations across multiple systems.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience with API-based integrations, automation platforms and enterprise applications.
- Experience with SQL, data migration or ETL and data integration concepts.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API management and middleware platforms, with a focus on Workato.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps – including CI/CD pipelines.
