What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with proficiency in the latest editions of Java and expertise in Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of AWS, microservices architecture, and design patterns
• Hands on with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Solid grasp of security best practices related to APIs and data privacy
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a commitment to driving Agile practices within the team
• Comfortable with DevOps practices: configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow, IaC, and deployment patterns
• Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Frontend experience with React.js or Angular
• Experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL

Important: This position is hybrid (3x per week) based in Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered. EU candidates are welcome if open to relocate in Portugal.
