Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we're building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands.

Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.

Team’s Purpose

The Product & Engineering team builds and maintains the core Ace Waves AI agents platform - from infrastructure to agent orchestration and product innovation.

Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.

As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.

Our tech mantra

We write TypeScript but use strict architectural patterns from languages like Rust and Scala. Our main goal is simple: structure the code so that incorrect states are mathematically impossible to compile.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Ace Waves platform.
• Design and implement new platform features.
• Develop multi-agent architectures and evaluate orchestration strategies for AI-driven workflows.
• Build and optimize core AI agents handling text, image, and voice interactions.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and performance.

What We Expect You to Bring

• 4+ years of professional experience delivering production-grade software systems.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments with evolving priorities.
• Deep sense of ownership - from design and implementation to observability and long-term maintenance.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn quickly across new technologies, domains, and product areas.

Even Better

• Experience building AI-powered products.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.

Compensation

€6,000 – €10,000 gross per month + stock options.

Final package depends on experience and level of ownership.

Location

We are an on-site team based in Kaunas; however, location is not a key factor for us. We are also building teams in Vilnius and London, and remain flexible in considering different collaboration models, such as on-site, hybrid, depending on what works best.
