Are you a tech-savvy problem solver looking to kick-start your career in an international environment?
We’re looking for a Junior Data Migration Developer to join our Digital Banking team and work on large-scale transformation projects for global banks.
You’ll be part of a team delivering complex core banking implementations, working with industry-leading platforms like Temenos Transact (T24) and Thought Machine Vault.
? What we’re looking for
- A technical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (you’ll work with international clients daily)
- Interest in data, systems, and IT environments
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently in progress)
- SQL & database modelling
- Basic programming experience (preferably Python)
- Familiarity with GitLab
- Understanding of XML
- Interest or experience in banking or financial systems
- UML / BPMN knowledge
- Tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Java or other programming languages
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Develop data migration and transformation logic based on project requirements
- Work with databases, SQL queries (DDL, DML, DQL) and data models
- Build and enhance migration tools and accelerators
- Optimize migration processes for performance and quality
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and team leads across international teams
- Support end-to-end delivery of migration projects (from design to production rollout)
- Continuously learn and gain certifications in core banking technologies
