Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Software Engineer to develop, implement, and support solutions within a ServiceNow environment. This role will focus on building and enhancing platform capabilities, creating integrations, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with technical teams to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, workflows, and API integrations.
Responsibilities/skills:
- Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including configurations, workflows, flows, and customizations.
- Build and maintain API integrations and collaborate with development teams to support platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues while prioritizing bug fixes and system improvements.
- Create solutions in partnership with architects and technical stakeholders to address business and system needs.
- Support ServiceNow modules including Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Strategic Planning Workspace, Legal Service Delivery, IRM/GRC, and CMDB-related initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience building solutions within ServiceNow, including workflows, flows, modules, and platform configurations.
- Experience with REST APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
- Proficiency with scripting languages, particularly JavaScript, is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) / Strategic Planning Workspace is required; Legal Service Delivery experience is highly preferred.
