Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer working as part of an Agile team that is responsible for providing modeling and simulation and web-based user interface capabilities for a next generation collective training software system.

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance. This role requires engineers to be onsite in Orlando, FL.

The codebase consists of Angular, TypeScript, Java, and NodeJS. Software is developed in an Agile DevSecOps environment.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

• Minimum of Eight years software development experience, with at least six (6) years’ experience developing in Angular, TypeScript, Java, and NodeJS.
• Experience with NoSQL or SQL databases.
• Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo required.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker a plus
• Ansible Experience with AWS and/or Azure, a plus.
• Must have experience working both independently and as a member of a software development team.

Other Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Some travel may be required.
