Senior Product Engineer - Outdoors Consumer App – Up to £100k + Equity – Fully Remote (UK)

We’re working with a VC-backed consumer tech startup building a mobile app designed to get people outdoors and more connected with nature.

It’s a highly engaging, gamified experience with a strong community layer - focused on fun and meaningful real-world behaviour change.

They’re now looking for a Senior Product Engineer to take full ownership across product, design input, and engineering as they scale.

Role: Senior Product Engineer

Salary: Up to £100k + Equity

Location: Fully Remote (UK preferred)

What you’ll work on:

• Building and scaling a consumer mobile app with strong gamification + social mechanics.
• Driving product features end-to-end (React Native / full-stack).
• Working closely with design + product to shape user experence.
• Leveraging AI + modern tooling to speed up development and delivery

We’re looking for:

• Strong React Native / Expo experience (shipping real apps, not just prototypes).
• Full-stack capability (TypeScript, Node, APIs, databases).
• Background in B2C / subscription apps, ideally in a startup environments.
• High ownership, product mindset, and comfort in low-bureaucracy teams.
• Senior ICs who like thinking big but staying hands-on
