Job Description
Tener la capacidad de generar valor desde los datos de mercado disponibles, elevar el servicio a través de análisis que generen recomendaciones accionables para el crecimiento del negocio del cliente, transformar datos en valor agregado, generación de oportunidades valorizadas con los datos. Presentar análisis a los clientes, direccionar los cuestionamientos con el equipo de operaciones y mantener organización de los temas relacionados al servicio. Garantizar cumplimiento de servicio asignado. Tiene a cargo cuentas de alto nivel. Nivel de responsabilidad medio.
Responsabilidades del Cargo
Generar análisis de información, generar valor al cliente desde los datos.
Diseñar presentaciones de análisis a clientes y presentarlas.
Desarrollar análisis de oportunidades para los clientes con los datos NIQ.
Liderar análisis y entregas a cliente, ser accountable de reportes y análisis.
Fuerte manejo herramientas Office power point y Excel.
Conocimiento y contacto con cliente (preguntar, indagar) Buenos skills de presentación y manejo relacional.
Recibir base de datos de Operaciones y hacer revisión general
Responder preguntas del negocio
Responder solicitudes de clientes (identificar y canalizar solicitudes)
Mayor nivel de responsabilidad (cuentas más intermedio - grandes)) y conocimiento del portafolio Nielsen.
Apoyar en la elaboración de las propuestas para cliente (En temas técnicos y/o analíticos)
Qualifications
Experiencia de 4 años en marketing (empresas de consumo masivo), cargos de investigación de mercados, mercadeo o empresas de investigación de mercados.
Licenciado en Administración o Economía
Experiencia con productos NIQ, data de ventas, participación de mercado (Nielsen Shopper o Nielsen Neuro)
Inglés Avanzado
