The Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design and build scalable, high-performance systems for healthcare imaging platforms and clinical data workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend systems using C# / .NET Core
• Develop frontend systems using Angular
• Build and support integrations using HL7 v2, FHIR, and DICOM
• Work with PACS, RIS, and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA)
• Design scalable REST APIs
• Optimize system performance in high-volume healthcare environments
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data security, and healthcare regulations
• Participate in SDLC, Agile development, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot integration, data integrity, and system performance issues

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of backend development experience (C#, .NET, API development)
• 2–4 years of frontend development experience (Angular)
• Experience with SQL Server / relational databases
• Familiarity with healthcare IT, EHR/EMR integration, or medical imaging systems preferred
