Software Developer / Automation Engineer (Full-Time, In-Office)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Ace Recovery Group is a fast-growing commercial debt collection agency specializing in merchant cash advance (MCA), business loan, and B2B receivable recoveries. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Software Developer / AI & Automation Engineer to help give our team a competitive edge through technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.

This isn't your typical developer role. You'll work directly with leadership to identify inefficiencies, build solutions, automate repetitive tasks, and implement AI across the business. If you enjoy solving real-world problems and seeing your work make an immediate impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Design and build custom internal software and business tools
• Enhance and expand our CRM to improve productivity and reporting
• Develop automations that eliminate repetitive manual work
• Integrate AI platforms and large language models into daily operations
• Build API integrations between our CRM and third-party services
• Create dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow management systems
• Research and implement new technologies that improve efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities where technology can improve business performance
• Maintain and optimize our existing systems while continuously introducing new ideas

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in software development
• Experience building or customizing CRM systems
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, automation, and system integrations
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or workflow automation is highly preferred
• Curiosity and a passion for finding better, smarter ways to solve business problems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in fintech, financial services, collections, or lending is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000.00-$100,000.00 annually (based on experience)
