Job Description
We are seeking an imaginative and analytical collaborator to work side-by-side with our team of Implementation Consultants. In this role, you will help adapt software configurations to serve the distinct operational needs of our end-users. Key Responsibilities
Platform Configuration & Optimization
Configure Noggin software platforms to align with project deliverables, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria
Examine and evaluate live software environments to identify needed adjustments or application updates
Validate structural modifications by testing application configurations prior to production deployment
Diagnostics & Technical Support
Observe, oversee, or analyze common daily tasks, software events, and configuration modifications
Reproduce, test, resolve, and document software bugs, platform defects, and functional issues
Train system users on new operational environments and provide ongoing technical support to ensure platform adoption
Knowledge Management & Performance Tracking
Write comprehensive internal knowledge base articles and customer service technical documentation
Track and log software configuration hours accurately in accordance with a specified billable target of 80%
Stay up to date with modern technologies and technical developments to leverage innovative best practices
Basic Requirements
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree
0+ years of experience in a software configuration role
Job Requirements
Technical Expertise
Atlassian Suite to manage development tasks, coordinate project workflows, and log software configuration items
Software Testing to validate platform changes, isolate defects, and verify technical acceptance criteria
System Diagnostics to identify technical anomalies and resolve configuration problems
Professional Experience
Technical Writing to author clear user training materials and internal knowledge bases
End-User Training to deliver operational guidance and ongoing support to software users
Excellent Command of English to communicate effectively and collaborate with global implementation consultants
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Familiarity with integrated resilience management platforms or cloud-based enterprise systems
Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical field
