Role Overview

This is a unique leadership opportunity to drive the future success of a growing consumer technology brand. You will be accountable for Sprout's overall performance, balancing long-term strategic growth with operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Lead the commercial success and long-term growth of the business by bringing together strategy, innovation, operations and customer focus. Key responsibilities include setting and executing Sprout's growth strategy, owning end-to-end business performance, leading product strategy, shaping and evolving the Sprout brand, and identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience within retail, consumer products, technology, electronics or a related industry
• Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated experience owning or influencing P&L performance
• Experience across product management, sourcing, merchandising, brand management or category leadership
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes for customers end-to-end
• Demonstrated success leading growth strategies and delivering commercial results
• Experience developing and executing product and brand strategies within customer-facing markets
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across multiple functions
• The ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and operational execution
• Experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams
• A passion for innovation, customer outcomes and continuous improvement
