Developer / Function Responsible - Touch (Instrument Cluster)

We're looking for an experienced Developer / Function Responsible to join our Automotive Instrument Cluster team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and technical ownership of the Touch functionality within an AUTOSAR-based Instrument Cluster platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for Touch functionality on an AUTOSAR platform.
- Develop low-level software interfacing with touch controllers through MCAL and Basic Software (BSW) services.
- Collaborate with BSW, MCAL, Platform, and System teams to ensure seamless software integration.
- Support hardware bring-up, driver integration, and board validation activities.
- Contribute to application-level functionality, ensuring smooth interaction between embedded services and HMI applications.
- Configure and integrate AUTOSAR Runtime Environment (RTE) interfaces for Touch functionality.
- Implement and integrate Touch-related Software Components (SWCs) within the AUTOSAR architecture.
- Analyze and resolve complex software issues spanning hardware, drivers, AUTOSAR layers, and application software.
- Perform software integration, build verification, and system debugging.
- Participate in software architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Support software releases, feature integration, and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain software design documentation, interface specifications, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 processes, and internal development guidelines..
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in embedded automotive software development.
- Strong programming skills in Embedded C.
- Solid understanding of AUTOSAR Classic architecture.
- Good knowledge of RTE, BSW, MCAL, ECU configuration, and software integration.
- Experience working with hardware interfaces and low-level software.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
- Experience debugging embedded software using JTAG, Trace32, Lauterbach, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience developing and integrating AUTOSAR Software Components (SWCs).
