FullStack Software Engineer - CoRe Engineering Team

🚀 Build different things. Not the same thing over and over.

We're growing our CoRe Engineering Team at rinf.tech and we're looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers who genuinely enjoy building software.

This isn't a role where you'll spend months maintaining the same product. Instead, you'll work across PoCs, MVPs, customer projects, internal platforms and AI-driven initiatives, helping turn ideas into real products.

Every project brings a new challenge, a different domain or even a different tech stack.

What you'll be doing

• Build modern BE & FE applications.
• Design scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, product, QA and DevOps teams.
• Contribute to technical decisions, not just implementation.
• Work on projects involving cloud, APIs, distributed systems and modern engineering practices.
• Explore AI-assisted development and contribute to AI-powered solutions when relevant.
• Relevant tech stack: .NET / Java / Kotlin / Rust / JavaScript / TypeScript / React / Vue.js / Angular / Python

We're probably a good match if you...

✅ have 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.

✅ are comfortable working across both FE and BE.

✅ enjoy learning new technologies instead of using the same stack forever.

✅ like solving problems, not just implementing tickets.

✅ can adapt quickly when every project looks a little different.

💡 you've built personal projects you're genuinely proud of.

💡 you've experimented with different frameworks, languages or architectures outside your day job.

💡 you've played with AI tools, LLMs or AI-assisted development and are excited about where software engineering is heading.
