About MinDD

MinDD is building an AI-native venture intelligence platform that automates fundraising. We're looking for a mobile engineer to build the next generation of investment experiences on iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, development, and long-term evolution of MinDD's mobile applications across iOS and Android, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Build AI-native mobile experiences that enable users to interact with autonomous agents through conversational interfaces, real-time workflows, document review, notifications, and task execution.
• Develop reusable mobile infrastructure, shared components, and engineering standards that accelerate product delivery while maintaining high code quality through architecture reviews, testing, CI/CD, observability, and release management.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools as a core part of the software development lifecycle to maximize engineering velocity, code quality, and continuous innovation.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years building production mobile applications.
• Strong experience with Flutter (preferred) or React Native, with multiple production apps shipped to both the App Store and Google Play.
• Experience building consumer-scale marketplace, fintech, trading, banking, payments, or enterprise SaaS applications.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization, secure credential storage, real-time messaging/WebSockets, offline-first architecture, mobile networking, and analytics/crash reporting.
• Experience integrating complex backend APIs into production mobile applications.
• Proficient using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) as part of the daily development workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating LLM-powered features or AI products into mobile applications.
• Experience with Firebase, analytics, crash reporting, and mobile CI/CD.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or other real-time messaging systems.
• Experience working with modern backend APIs built in Python/FastAPI.
• Background at a fintech, trading, or marketplace company (e.g., Robinhood, Coinbase, Stripe, Chime, Square/Block, Brex, Ramp, Bloomberg, Nasdaq, Kalshi) — or comparable experience building high-quality, high-trust consumer or B2B mobile products elsewhere.
