🎯Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
- Acquire a detailed understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Explore upselling and other methods for maximizing sales.
- Monitor client accounts to provide timely business solutions to them and maintain trust.
- Handling customers complaints and improving overall customer service.
- Prepare regular reports, progress and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and utilize various channels to reach potential clients.
- Train junior account managers on how to handle accounts.
- Prioritize work; “what needs to be done and what is really important or urgent”.
- Communicate with other team members. (Serve as a liaison between VIP and other teams)
🏆Requirements:
- Proven track record in achieving online sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability in upselling, cross-selling and other sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Experience serving in customer support, this includes strong persuasive skills and techniques.
- Proven success handling multiple customer accounts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation and closing abilities to secure high-value sales.
- Flexible to a rotating shift if necessary.
- Tech-savvy and able to easily navigate Slack, live chats, and other systems that may be required.
