We are seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. This role partners closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly applications while following modern development best practices.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift.
  • Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable mobile architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, UX, and Backend Engineering.
  • Develop intuitive, high-performing user interfaces and reusable UI components.
  • Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, analytics, and backend services.
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, and battery efficiency.
  • Implement testing, debugging, and code quality best practices.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Ensure applications meet security, accessibility, and performance standards.
  • Stay current with new iOS technologies and leverage AI development tools to improve productivity.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS development frameworks.
  • Experience building and maintaining native iOS applications from development through deployment.
  • Experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
  • Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with background processing, location services, or push notifications.
  • Familiarity with analytics, feature flags, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and mobile security best practices.
  • Experience with Combine, Swift Concurrency, or other modern iOS technologies.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
  • Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
