Your role as a Senior .Net Developer will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients’ engagements, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Serve as the technical specialist for a portfolio of applications in the application of advanced concepts, principles, and methods
• Be responsible for detailed solution design of application components and interfaces between internal and external applications
• Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy
• Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology
• Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence, and poise to instill confidence in clients
• Develop solutions using a strong visual design sense and a focus on superior user experience
• Design, develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
• Design and develop robust, scalable, high performing, high-volume production applications
• Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions and collaborate with others, to achieve a superior client experience
• Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving
• Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business
• Organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations
• Review and recommend improvements to existing system designs and engineering processes
• Perform quality checks on processes and delivered project artefacts
• Contribute to incremental upgrades and timely integration of application code changes and testing
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced members of the development team

#OurRequierements

Key Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or other related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in .Net, preferably 6.0 and Object-Oriented programming
• Experience of developing Restful API’s
• Experience in relational database designs and development such as creating tables, stored procedures, running query profiles
• Experience in all phases of application development lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, deployment, post-go live support, maintenance)
• Strong Interpersonal and communications skills in Greek and English is a must
• Previous participation in requirements analysis and experience in communicating with business users to refine requirements, resolve ambiguity and negotiate amicable solutions to business problems
• Experience with Messaging typically used for system integrations or general queuing, preferably with Service Bus
• Experience with source version control, preferably Azure DevOps
• Experience with build and tracking tools like Jira
• Understanding of coding guidelines and standards
• General knowledge of JSON and XML structures, schema definitions and transformations
• Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable)
