UI/UX Full Stack Developer

Location: Lake Saint Louis, Missouri (US)
Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern, intuitive, and responsive web applications
- Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance front-end components using React
- Develop and maintain back-end services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Django
- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and optimized across browsers and devices
- Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs and third-party services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software development best practices
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure reliability and performance
- Optimize application speed, scalability, and overall user experience
- Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and solution planning
- Implement security and data protection best practices throughout the application
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Stay current with emerging front-end, back-end, UI/UX, and web development technologies, and recommend improvements where appropriate
- 2-6 years of UX/UI developer experience
- Solid experience with React.js (hooks, state management, reusable components)
- Good command of Django / Django REST Framework
- Strong UX/UI sensibility and familiarity with design tools (Figma, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in an agile environment within a cross-functional team
- Self-driven, curious, and passionate about crafting polished interfaces

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
