Must Have Technical/Functional Skill

We are seeking a strong Kotlin Backend Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable REST APIs and microservices. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in backend development using Kotlin and Java, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and demonstrate emerging leadership capabilities.

Primary Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Kotlin backend development.

Proven experience in building REST APIs and Microservices.

Good proficiency in Java backend development.

Strong understanding of backend system design and architecture.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership.

Preferred Skills

Basic experience to frontend/mobile (Android with Kotlin) is a plus (not mandatory).

Experience or knowledge in MDM (Mobile Device Management) is a plus.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Kotlin.

Build scalable and high-performance REST APIs and microservices architectures.

Develop and maintain backend systems using Java where required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions.

Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of applications.

Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support coordination across teams.

Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 a year
