Java + Python Developer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll fully own a production integration end to end, handling code, deployments, and service health as the first technical responder for customer issues. Part of a dedicated Customer Support Engineering team separate from feature development, you'll bring a hands-on, autonomous, customer-facing mindset to a role where responsiveness and ownership matter more than building new features. What You'll Do

• Own a production integration end to end, including code, deployments, and service health monitoring.
• Act as the first technical responder for customer issues on the integration.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents with urgency and precision.
• Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure service coverage and continuity.
• Leverage AI tooling to support cross-language work and accelerate issue resolution.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on, autonomous mindset with experience owning production systems end to end.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support or support engineering role.
• Comfort operating independently with minimal process and high accountability.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
