AI Developer

We are looking for an AI Developer (Agentic Services & Orchestration) to join our team and drive product innovation through the design and development of agentic services, orchestration frameworks, and R&D/demo environments supporting modern Microsoft cloud solutions.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Build agentic services, workflows, and integrations for prototypes and demos
• Design and maintain reliable demo, sandbox, and R&D environments
• Support Product Managers and Sales teams with technical enablement and demo solutions
• Validate technical feasibility, performance, and user experience early in the lifecycle
• Develop and standardize orchestration patterns and multi-agent workflows
• Integrate solutions with Dataverse, CE Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and external APIs
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability, and runbooks
• Document solutions and prepare assets for handover to productization teams (NSO)
• Continuously improve environment provisioning, reliability, and solution acceleration processes

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in software development with Microsoft cloud technologies
• Strong experience with prototyping, PoCs, and solution accelerators
• Experience working with Dataverse, CE Platform, and API integrations
• Familiarity with product development support and technical enablement
• Experience in maintaining demo or R&D environments
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills and professional English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment with shifting priorities
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a bias for action and innovation

• Microsoft Copilot Studio and agentic frameworks
• Azure: Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid
• Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, analytics)
• CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
