Job Responsibilities

- Build a network of applicant talent pool through online job portals and other online sourcing channels - Review and vet candidate test task submissions and conduct initial interviews - Create a job description and job requirements based on client needs - Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications provided by our client partner - Provide company and job information by answering queries from applicants via email, social media, and chat tools - Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing and analyzing the applicant’s responses; verifying candidate’s background by contacting references; comparing qualifications to job requirements Requirements

- Impeccable English skills - Knowledge of remote communication and technology systems - Must be energetic, extremely organized, and DEPENDABLE.
