We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Design and implement containerized environments for Java and C++ applications
- Develop mission-critical software supporting missile defense systems
- Communicate and document technical solutions for integrated engineering teams
- Stay updated on state-of-the-art programming techniques and technologies
- Conduct software design and code reviews to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with System Engineering teams to synchronize, schedule, and demonstrate capabilities to customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Software development or related discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Expertise in C++ and Java programming
- Experience in developing micro-services and containerized environments
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within engineering teams
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes
- Opportunity to make an impact in integrated tactical warning/attack assessment and missile defense mission areas
- Contribute to solutions in data integration, analytics, and decision support tools
- Be part of a team focused on disrupting, provoking, and refusing to fail
