Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong knowledge of application design patterns and architectural principles.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware technologies.
• Competence in optimizing application performance and scalability.
