- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service, including dispatcher console, work orders, service appointments, scheduling, dispatching, territories, resources, mobile app, assets, and maintenance processes
- Strong experience with Service Cloud and a solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data models, security models, automation, and deployment best practices
- Proven client-facing consulting experience in a senior consultant, technical lead, or solution architect capacity
- Strong technical foundation across Salesforce configuration, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integration patterns
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead workshops and present to stakeholders during standard Eastern Time business hours

This senior role demands a seasoned Salesforce professional capable of bridging the gap between complex field operations and scalable technical architecture. You will lead technical discovery, design robust system architectures, and guide delivery teams to translate intricate business requirements into clean, maintainable Salesforce solutions. Operating as a trusted advisor, you will challenge assumptions, recommend best practices, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation. As a technical leader, you will own the design and configuration of Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, developers, and client stakeholders to align data flows, define security models, and establish robust deployment practices, directly impacting operational efficiency and mobile workforce management.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Field Service implementations, designing capabilities for scheduling, dispatching, route optimization, and mobile technician experiences
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution designs across Field Service, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Define solution architecture, data models, security models, automation strategies, and integration approaches, prioritizing standard configuration and Flows
- Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to document processes, functional requirements, technical designs, and user stories
- Guide and mentor developers, administrators, functional consultants, and QA teams during the delivery lifecycle
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or lightweight integration tools
