Projects
This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and client management, driving the deployment of AI agents that automate customer interactions and booking processes. As part of a foundational team, you will lead end to end implementations lasting one to two months, ensuring that the AI agents are optimized to increase sales and booking efficiency for each business. You will analyze agent performance, identify drop-off points in the booking funnel, and use data to prove business value. This position requires a hands-on approach where you will modify agent behavior using AI-assisted development tools, directly impacting the success of businesses across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end client implementations of AI agents, managing weekly progress meetings and setting clear expectations.
- Analyze agent conversation logs and transactional data to identify where sales are lost or where the AI agent fails to complete a booking.
- Develop, test, and refine AI agent tools and prompts using Claude Code and other AI-assisted development environments.
- Query database systems to build performance reports, demonstrating clear ROI and increased sales metrics to clients.
- Act as the primary technical and account contact, managing critical client situations with empathy and structured problem solving.
