📍 Cardiff (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

💰 £50,000 – £60,000

We’re working with a growing organisation building out its Digital Solutions team in Cardiff, focused on improving and evolving the internal platforms that run the business.

This isn’t a “pick up tickets and move on” type of role. You’ll take ownership of features end-to-end, working directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, build them, and see them through to delivery.

You’ll be working across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, with the flexibility to use code where needed and the opportunity to shape how the platform develops over time. There’s also a growing focus on using AI tooling to improve how the team delivers, rather than it just sitting on the side.

It’s a small but expanding team within a larger organisation, so you get real ownership and visibility without the usual layers of process and sign-off.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning features across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform from design through to release
• Working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and shape solutions
• Building and configuring solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dynamics 365
• Developing integrations and using code (C# / JavaScript) where required
• Improving and evolving existing systems, not just maintaining them
• Using modern tooling, including AI, to improve delivery and productivity

What they’re looking for

• Experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) and the Power Platform
• Comfortable building solutions, not just configuring or supporting them
• Some exposure to C# or JavaScript in a D365 context
• Experience working with stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions
• Someone who wants more ownership rather than being one of many developers
