Java Software Engineer

1. Be responsible for the iterative upgrade, bug fixes and performance optimization of the existing system platform to improve the reliability, stability and user experience of the system.
2. Participate in demand analysis and technical solution review, propose reasonable technical optimization suggestions combined with business scenarios, and drive the implementation of technical solutions.
3. Be responsible for the design, R&D and coding of core back-end business modules, ensure code quality, performance and security, and guarantee the stable and efficient operation of the modules.
4. Cooperate with front-end developers to complete interface docking, provide clear interface description documents, and assist in solving technical problems during the joint debugging process.
5. Abide by the team's R&D specifications, compile detailed technical documents including test documents, design documents and technical solution documents to ensure the traceability of the R&D process.
6. Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools to optimize coding, debugging, and documentation processes to improve back-end development efficiency and code delivery quality.
7. Based on the Spring AI ecosystem, integrate mainstream large models such as Claude and GPT to design and develop business-enabled intelligent agents, covering code development, intelligent debugging, API documentation generation, multi-model scheduling, prompt template design, and context management, and realizing the engineering implementation of AI capabilities.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related fields; Minimum 3-5 years of Java back-end development experience with full-process experience of projects from R&D to actual implementation and operations.
2. Familiarity with basic Java syntax; deep understanding of object-oriented programming ideas; mastery core technical points such as multi-threading, collections and reflection.
3. Familiarity with mainstream Java development frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC and Spring Boot; skillfully use the frameworks for project development and configuration at work.
4. Master the use of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle); familiarity with database-related technologies such as SQL statement writing, index optimization and transaction management; understand the basic principles and application scenarios of time-series databases (InfluxDB) and object storage (MinIO).
5. Understanding of the basic principles and application scenarios of NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB); ability to skillfully use NoSQL databases to solve practical business problems.
6. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN); good code management habits, ability to participate efficiently in team collaborative development.
7. Good English reading and writing skills.
8. Good team spirit and communication skills; ability to work under pressure; strong learning ability to master new skills quickly.
9. Familiarity with the Spring AI ecosystem, proficient in the use of core components including ChatClient, PromptTemplate, and LLM client adaptation. Understand LLM tool calling, context management, and multi-turn dialogue design, with full-process practical experience in developing intelligent agents based on Spring AI.
10. Understand the characteristics and API specifications of mainstream large models such as Claude and GPT, and be capable of completing multi-model adaptation, parameter tuning, and prompt engineering design according to business scenarios.
