IOS Chapter Lead

Role Purpose

mentor developers, and drive technical excellence across multiple squads. You will define engineering standards, support delivery, and help shape the future of our iOS platform.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop iOS engineers
• Define and maintain iOS architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Review technical designs and support complex development activities
• Drive code quality, performance, security, and application stability
• Promote modern iOS technologies and reusable solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other engineering teams
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development of engineers
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, CI/CD, testing, and automation

• 7+ years of iOS development experience using Swift
• Strong knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Xcode
• Experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers

• Experience with modular architecture and Swift Package Manager
• Knowledge of performance optimization and mobile security
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience leading technical transformation or modernization initiatives
