Role Purpose
mentor developers, and drive technical excellence across multiple squads. You will define engineering standards, support delivery, and help shape the future of our iOS platform.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop iOS engineers
- Define and maintain iOS architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Review technical designs and support complex development activities
- Drive code quality, performance, security, and application stability
- Promote modern iOS technologies and reusable solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other engineering teams
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development of engineers
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, CI/CD, testing, and automation
- 7+ years of iOS development experience using Swift
- Strong knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Xcode
- Experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers
- Experience with modular architecture and Swift Package Manager
- Knowledge of performance optimization and mobile security
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience leading technical transformation or modernization initiatives
