Role Purpose

To be responsible for the following:

• Development, building (ANT, Maven), testing & deployment of existing and new integration functionalities
• Developing integration APIs to be consumed by integration parties using provisioning system like Tertio and Tibco
• Developing Micro-Services using Spring framework and deploying it over on premises cloud (Openshift)
• Doing Business automation by developing Enterprise Java application and APIs, for automating business process
• Building KPIs by using devops tools like Elastic, Jenkins…etc

Role Profile

Design:

Define the responsibilities, operations and relationships of a specific software module, and determines how it will be adjusted to the fulfil business needs.

• Delivery:

Participate in the Software Development life cycle

Ensure successful User Acceptance Test

Quality assurance of locally developed systems

Provide 2nd line support for systems in production

• Teamwork:

Dedication, sense of ownership in fulfilling company strategies. Continuous improvement in relevant area of profession.

• Standards & Procedures:

Ensure full compliance of all locally developed applications with the standard software development methodology used in Vodafone Egypt

Competencies And Qualifications

• Implement business requirements to technical systems functionalities.
• Work and Interact with a diversified team to meet business challenges
• Effective Communication with different stakeholders
• Self-motivated
• Results driven and solutions focused
• Mentor other team members

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• +2 years of IT experience
• Experience in Software development and implementation life cycle
• Computer Science/Engineering professional degree is a must
