Application Developer - Salesforce

We are seeking a skilled Application Developer with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM development for one of our business partner who is a global financial services firm providing fund administration, investment support, and technology-driven solutions to institutional clients.

Tasks:

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning, workflows, custom objects)
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications
• Maintain and optimize existing solutions for performance, scalability, and security
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Contribute to development outside Salesforce (e.g., JavaScript, backend/frontend tasks)
• Support API design, data models, and system integrations
• Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and follow development best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support to internal users
• Maintain clear technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, PMs)
• Participate in agile processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Continuously improve code quality and development processes
• Strong Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning)
• Experience with integrations and APIs
• Solid programming fundamentals (JavaScript or other languages)
• Problem-solving mindset and clean coding approach
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Understanding of agile development and version control

Requirements:

• Must have
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and integrations
• Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET) and application development frameworks
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, version control systems, and agile methodologies
• Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Good to have
• Advanced Salesforce certifications
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
