MST Global, part of Komatsu's Mining Digital Solutions business, develops mission-critical communication, tracking, and safety solutions used by mining operations across the globe.

We're looking for a Senior Embedded Engineer to join our Product Development team and help design, build, and deliver the next generation of connected industrial technologies.

About The Role

You'll work across the full product lifecycle, developing robust embedded software solutions that power real-world systems operating in demanding environments.

Working closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, and Technical Services teams, you'll contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of innovative products used by customers worldwide.

Skills and Experiences:

Essential

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in embedded software or firmware development
  • Strong C/C++ development skills
  • Embedded Linux experience
  • Solid understanding of IP networking and communications systems
  • Experience with wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or UWB
  • Experience with RTOS environments
  • Familiarity with industrial protocols such as CAN, J1939, RS232, or RS485
  • Experience with Git-based development workflows
  • Effective Collaboration
  • Result oriented mindset

Nice to Have

  • VoIP technologies
  • ARM or DSP platforms
  • Linux kernel development
  • REST APIs and Go (Golang)
  • IoT, Edge Computing, or LTE technologies
  • Experience in mining, telecommunications, manufacturing, rail, or similar industries
