About The Role

The role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the core native mobile applications that power the user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex product requirements into smooth, high-performing, and responsive mobile interfaces.

This position focuses on shipping high-impact features, improving application architecture, and optimizing runtime performance. The team values clean architecture, test-driven development, and a strong eye for detail in user interface implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new user-facing features using Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI for iOS, or Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for Android
  • Architect and implement robust, testable, and maintainable native codebases following modern architectural patterns like MVVM, Clean, or VIPER
  • Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption to ensure a seamless user experience under varying network conditions
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to define and integrate RESTful APIs and WebSocket connections for real-time data sync
  • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and UI automation tests to guarantee high code quality and application stability
  • Participate in active code reviews, design discussions, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers on mobile best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience specializing in native mobile application development (iOS or Android)
  • Deep expertise in Swift and modern iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine) OR Kotlin and modern Android frameworks (Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow)
  • Strong understanding of mobile operating system fundamentals, memory management, multithreading, and offline storage
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise) and publishing applications to the App Store or Google Play Store
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: Experience with backend integration using GraphQL, knowledge of mobile security best practices, or familiarity with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter
