We are looking for a passionate and skilled Application Developer (Android) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of our Android application, particularly during product launches.

You will leverage the existing platform as a foundation and customize it to create tailored client experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and supporting existing features in the production environment.

This position requires a strong focus on delivering defined milestones in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Android application, ensuring it remains innovative, scalable, and aligned with the latest technology trends and user experience standards.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and QA to ensure the application aligns with product strategy and exceeds client expectations.

🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Technical Design & Development

Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement optimal technical solutions.

Design, develop, and enhance Android application features.

Customize Platform Capabilities To Meet Client-specific Requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of development milestones with high-quality standards.

Establish and promote software development best practices across the team.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Contribute to performance optimization and app scalability.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience in Android application development.

Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.

Experience with Android SDK, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.

Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM/MVC).

Experience in publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store.

Knowledge of performance tuning, debugging, and optimization.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
