What You Will Do
Salesforce Platform Development
- Design, develop, and customize AIRE's Salesforce products using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement APEX development best practices, ensuring optimized, efficient code within Salesforce's governor limits.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and integration tools such as Web Services.
- Develop and implement integration solutions connecting Salesforce with other platforms, including tools like SAGE and Amazon Connect.
- Create and maintain new products, objects, and custom rules in Salesforce according to the needs of different business areas.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews, guaranteeing sustainable, functional implementations long-term.
- Develop Batch Processes and Scheduler Jobs to manage large data volumes and automate processes.
- Configure and customize Flows to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Use tools like VSCode and Git to manage code and collaborate with the wider development team.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure implementations are secure, scalable, and high quality.
- Maintain test coverage at the level required by the manager.
- Manage and troubleshoot technical issues in Salesforce for internal users.
- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and releases, proposing improvements to development, data management, and automation processes.
- Document developments, configurations, and relevant processes.
- Ensure all implementations follow Salesforce best practices, including those related to APEX and LWC.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong track record in APEX development best practices.
- Experience working with Service Cloud and Amazon Connect.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in Computer Science / IT.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II + Platform App Builder (required).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (desirable).
- APEX (best practices, Visualforce Controllers, LWC Controllers, Batch Processes, Scheduler Jobs, SOQL/SOSL, governor limits).
- LWC (best practices, styles, events).
- Communities (Partners, Internals).
- Salesforce platform (Flows, Sharing Settings).
- Code management with VSCode and Git.
- Third-party integrations via REST API and Web Services.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable solving complex technical problems.
