Role Overview

The Process Automation Developer is responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies across the organization and transforming manual, repetitive workflows into scalable, automated systems. This role requires both technical coding skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally — bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. A genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies is essential.


Technical Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on coding or software development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of system design principles and database concepts.
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.


AI & Automation

  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for AI, with a habit of following industry developments.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Manus, Replit, ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot etc.
  • Ability to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows or build AI-powered tools.


Communication & Analytical Thinking

  • Strong analytical mindset — able to translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with non-technical colleagues.
  • Systems thinker who naturally spots inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
