Our direct client who is a globally recognized technology organization that delivers innovative digital solutions and supports business transformation across international markets is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Flutter to join a permanent team based in Bangkok, Thailand. This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and flexible remote working.

As the Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Build and enhance end-to-end web and mobile applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Flutter.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Develop secure, scalable, and reliable APIs and services.
• Improve application performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Review code, share technical knowledge, and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Leverage modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery, testing, documentation, and code quality.
• Explore and implement practical AI-driven features that create value for users and the business.

The ideal candidate must have:

• 7+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in Flutter for cross-platform mobile application development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and emerging AI technologies.
