The Role
- Conceive and implement workflow solutions based on current technologies for various clients.
- Program components and systems in Java, Kotlin, Angular, and React.
- Assist clients with requirements analysis and process modeling using BPMN 2.0.
- Identify and adapt technological trends and concepts for client projects.
- Support the further development of consulting services in Green BPM.
- At least three years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Passion for workflow and Green IT topics.
- Ideally, knowledge of process engines like Camunda.
- Proficiency in German (C1-level) and English.
- Self-driven work ethic and a desire to learn new things.
- Dedicated day per week for professional development and training.
