Job Description

NielsenIQ'da Field Team Leader olarak, Doğu Anadolu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgelerindeki saha operasyonlarının yönetiminden sorumlu olacaksınız. Bu rol, farklı şehirlerde görev yapan auditor ekiplerinin performansını yönetmeyi, saha faaliyetlerini yerinde takip etmeyi ve veri toplama süreçlerinin kalite standartlarına uygun şekilde yürütülmesini sağlamayı içerir.

Bu rolde yönetilecek ekip, Türkiye'nin Doğu ve Güneydoğu bölgelerinde mağaza ziyaretleri ve veri toplama faaliyetleri gerçekleştiren auditorlardan oluşmaktadır. Field Team Leader, yaklaşık 15 kişilik auditor ekibine liderlik edecek ve bölge genelinde düzenli saha ziyaretleri gerçekleştirerek operasyonel mükemmeliyetin sürdürülmesini sağlayacaktır.

Bu pozisyon saha operasyonları, ekip liderliği ve performans yönetimini bir araya getiren; veri kalitesi, ekip gelişimi ve operasyonel başarı üzerinde doğrudan etki yaratan bir liderlik rolüdür.

Sorumluluklar:

Saha Operasyonlarının Yönetimi

• Doğu Anadolu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgelerindeki saha operasyonlarını yönetmek
• Auditor ekiplerinin günlük operasyonlarını ve performansını takip etmek
• Saha ziyaret planlarını oluşturmak ve operasyonların zamanında tamamlanmasını sağlamak
• Bölge genelindeki mağaza ziyaretlerini ve veri toplama faaliyetlerini yerinde denetlemek
• Auditorlara operasyonel destek sağlamak ve saha engellerini çözmek
• Özel projelerin koordinasyonunu yürütmek

Veri Kalitesi ve Uyumluluk

• Veri toplama süreçlerinin NIQ metodolojilerine uygun yürütülmesini sağlamak
• Kalite geliştirme aksiyonlarını uygulamak ve takip etmek
• KPI'ları, saha kalitesini ve operasyonel performansı izlemek
• Veri doğruluğunu ve panel kalite standartlarını korumak

Ekip Liderliği

• Auditor ekibinin performansını yönetmek ve geliştirmek
• İşe alım, onboarding ve eğitim süreçlerine destek olmak
• Düzenli geri bildirim ve koçluk sağlamak
• Yüksek performans kültürünü teşvik etmek

Qualifications

• Tercihen lisans mezunu
• Saha operasyonları, FMCG, retail audit, merchandising veya market research alanlarında deneyim
• Ekip yönetimi ve performans takibi tecrübesi
• Güçlü problem çözme ve organizasyon becerileri
• KPI ve performans odaklı çalışma yaklaşımı
• MS Office bilgisi
• Türkçe iletişim becerisi güçlü
• Tercihen yazılı ve sözlü iletişim kurabilecek seviyede İngilizce bilgisi
• Seyahat engeli bulunmayan
• Aktif sürücü belgesine sahip olmak avantajdır
