Java Developer

TSO – Developers / Computer programmers are tasked with designing and creating software programs. They are also task to provide 2nd level support to applications in production.

Responsibilities:

Main tasks of a developer are:

1. Develop and maintain codes using Java, C# .NET framework/Core Web Applications

2. Set-up and configure applications.

3. Create technical specifications, test plans; perform systems test, manage UAT and manage deployment activities.

4. Provide 2nd level support to application issues in a timely manner (identify problems, defect tracing, identify solution).

5. Conduct applications / solutions assessment vs user requirements and submit a technical recommendation. Must be capable of handling many aspects of the application, including but not limited to performance, scalability, security, and testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or any relevant field.

• With experience on Java, Spring, Hibernate, ReactJS, MySQL, MS SQL server or Linux Server. With advance knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Ajax, Bootstrap and JQuery.

• With experience in 3rd party integration and building REST-based APIs

• With knowledge on object oriented programming, Database design (For new graduates, must have used use any of the programming language above).
