Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Your work will involve collaborating with colleagues to ensure that solutions are scalable and meet the unique requirements of the business. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to deliver efficient and reliable software tailored to organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through thorough testing and documentation. - Continuously explore and implement best practices to improve software performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with HTML5, SAP Walk Me - Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
