Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. - Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about industry trends to apply best practices. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to ensure system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - Strong knowledge of customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business needs. - Experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems and data sources. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices. - Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform unit testing to ensure software quality. - Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues within CRM environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - This position is based at our Manila office.
