Zoho Systems Developer (Zoho Developer)

Location:

Alexandria – Full-Time On-site

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly capable Zoho Developer to join our team in Alexandria. The candidate will independently manage the development, administration, and integration of the Zoho ecosystem across the holding company and all affiliated entities. The selected candidate will serve as the primary technical reference for all Zoho-related matters, including customization, automation, daily administration, and team training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design customized solutions across the full Zoho ecosystem.

• Develop and maintain custom Deluge scripts to automate complex processes and extend beyond standard platform capabilities.

• Integrate Zoho applications with external systems using REST APIs and Webhooks.

• Develop and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, and layouts to align with sales and customer service processes.

• Design dashboards and interactive reports in Zoho Analytics for executive management.

• Build and customize integrated applications using Zoho Creator.

• Build integrated workflows across applications using Zoho Flow.

• Configure and manage Zoho Desk, including service portals, knowledge bases, and SLA management.

• Configure and manage Zoho People, including employee records, attendance, leave management, and performance evaluations.

• Configure and operate Zoho Payroll in line with payroll policies and local regulations.

• Customize and manage Zoho Books for financial transactions and CRM integration.

• Configure and manage Zoho Projects to track tasks, resources, and project timelines.

• Ensure data quality and integrity, including managing data migration and transfer processes between systems.

• Train employees and prepare technical documentation and user guides.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of specialized experience as a Zoho Developer.

• Proven track record of successful Zoho implementation and integration projects.

Core Technical Skills:

• Deluge Scripting — mandatory and non-negotiable.

• Zoho Analytics — building advanced consolidated dashboards and reporting solutions.

• REST APIs and Webhooks for integrations.

• Zoho Flow — building integrated workflows across applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho products including: CRM, Desk, People, Creator, Payroll, Books, Projects, and Flow.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities with sustainable long-term solutions.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams.

• Strong prioritization and time management skills with minimal supervision.

• Continuous follow-up on Zoho platform updates and applying improvements that benefit the business.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Certifications:

• Official Zoho Certifications (considered a strong advantage).
