You will be responsible for converting in-depth shopping and omni retail environment data into insights and category, retail and customer strategies and recommendations. What You'll Do
What You'll Do
  • Build lasting business relationships based on trust and confidence

  • Create recurring business reviews providing deep, action-oriented analysis on drivers

  • Create compelling, insights-led category reviews, new item analyses, and seasonal reviews

  • Provide proactive insight into the impact of category drivers and promotional strategies to the customer and sales teams

  • Support ad hoc analytics and reporting requests from Customer Partner cross-functionally to provide share forecast for key accounts

  • Learn and drive digital commerce analysis and recommendations with our retailer partners

  • Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity and analytical horsepower

  • Ability to synthesize insights into collaborative storytelling that leads to quantifiable results, experience translating data into insights

  • Ability to apply insights to business questions to provide recommendations and influence strategy

  • Experience applying analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to answer ambiguous business questions

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with prioritizing multiple deliverables, and overlapping deadlines

  • Strong understanding of which data source to leverage to answer the question (POS, Syndicated, Panel, Industry Insights, etc)

  • Ability to combine data visualization with supporting shopper insights into a cohesive story

  • Knowledge of shelving strategy and best practices inclusive of planogram creation and modification (JDA/Apollo/SpaceMan)

What extra ingredients you will bring:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field

    • 3-5 years of experience in category management, insights, marketing strategy, or analytics (CPG/FMCG, Amazon or Away from Home preferred)

    • Experience with data sources (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, 1010)

    • Experience in using retailer/customer data, shopper insights, and analytics to develop compelling retail customer plans

    • Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

    • High proficiency in base business tools (Excel/PowerPoint)

    • In-depth knowledge in analyzing and creating visualizations of large amounts of data

    • Experience developing customer-facing presentations; direct customer-facing experience is a plus

    • JDA/POG building experience is a plus

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
