At DIS/CREADIS, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Tech Lead for our office in Stilling, close to Skanderborg, to help shape the technical direction of exciting engineering solutions.
About the Role
As our new Software Tech Lead, you will be at the heart of technically complex projects – leading the way in architectural decisions, coaching your colleagues, and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. Depending on the assignment, you’ll work either from one of our offices or directly on-site with our customers. Regardless of the setting, your impact will be felt across industries and sectors.
Your responsibilities include:
- Driving software architecture and making key technical decisions in projects
- Providing hands-on mentoring and technical guidance to colleagues and teams
- Supporting project estimation and the development of technical roadmaps
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks
- Engaging in our internal knowledge-sharing communities to support continuous growth
What We’re Looking For
You are a passionate and skilled software developer / architect with a solid software background and a flair for leadership and communication. You enjoy the balance between strategic thinking and hands-on development, and you know how to bring structure and clarity to complex projects.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to:
- Hold a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Have 5+ years of experience with software development, preferably including a Tech Lead or Architect role
- Be familiar with modern technologies (.NET, C#, Java, Python, Cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, etc.)
- Be a confident communicator who thrives in customer-facing roles
- Communicate fluently in both Danish and English
