- Own Kotlin and Jetpack Compose feature delivery across navigation, state, permissions, background work, and modular app boundaries.
- Translate complex product flows into responsive, accessible Android UI that behaves correctly across densities, foldables, and low-end devices.
- Design coroutine/Flow-based data layers with caching, retry, offline behaviour, and clear failure states.
- Instrument, profile, and improve cold start, recomposition, memory, battery, and network performance before rollout.
- Maintain automated tests for repositories, ViewModels, Compose UI, and critical regression paths.
- Lead Play Console releases, staged rollouts, privacy declarations, crash/ANR triage, and rollback decisions.
- 3+ years shipping native Android apps with Kotlin, including at least one production app with meaningful users.
- Strong Jetpack Compose, Material, lifecycle, navigation, and state management experience.
- Deep familiarity with coroutines, Flow, Room, dependency injection, modular architecture, and API integration trade-offs.
- Ability to debug ANRs, memory leaks, jank, flaky device-specific behaviour, and release-only crashes.
- Practical knowledge of Android accessibility, Play policy, app signing, build variants, and secure client-side engineering.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least one app shipped to the Play Store (personal or professional).
- Available to work on-site in Vadodara, full-time.
